Boardwalk at Town Center
This nearly 2-year project was one of Paragon's largest Texas jobs to date, consisting of full renovations on both the Interior and the Exterior of this beautiful 5 Building apartment complex in the Woodlands, TX.

Hilltop Commons
Completed
Built in 1987, Hilltop Commons had severe deterioration of both the stucco façade and structural framing within the complex. BKB completed repairs to the wall framings, balcony framings, and stair framings to all buildings on site. In addition, we replaced the exterior façade with Cedarmill plank siding and a full paint job.

Parkade
In Progress
This Parking Garage is located in Spokane, WA. Repairs are being made to the North entry ramp, East Exit ramp, spiral ramp, columns, vertical and horizontal expansion joints, and overall parking areas.
There is a convivence store located under/within this parking structure that is being monitored and repaired throughout the project as well. More details to come!

Treeline at Timber Creek
Completed
This 13 building apartment complex is located in Garner, NC consisting of two and three stories. Paragon installed flashing at various locations throughout the project at the horizontal transitions to brick, stone and Hardie, and saddle flashing at all balconies. Stone window header flashing, weather barriers and sealants of windows was also installs. The entire property also was repainted.

PE Lofts
Completed
The Pacific Electric Lofts are located in Los Angeles, CA. This project was categorized as a Historic Façade Rehabilitation. The project consisted of masonry and terracotta repairs to the exterior façade including tuckpointing, brick replacement and cleaning. Stucco was also repaired and restored to original patina and color. All repairs were made in accordance under the Historic Preservation Ordinance (Mills Act) per the state of California.

Mondrian Cityplace
The Mondrian is a 4-story apartment building located in the Uptown area of Dallas, TX. The building originally had a stucco façade that was severely deteriorated. This project consisted of removing all stucco and replacing with Hardie Reveal, applied weather barrier systems, new windows, saddle flashing at balconies, door pans and light fixtures throughout.
